The cause of the outage on Monday 06/06 was a hardware failure on one of our two primary switches. It was “de-stacked,” meaning one stopped communicating properly with the other. The second switch is working fine with no issues.
SVI is working with the manufacturer to get this piece of equipment replaced, and more importantly, to be assured this won’t happen again. We will keep you posted on any developments in this regard.
