Customer Service Representative/Concierge

South Valley Internet Incorporated is looking for a Customer Service Representative / Concierge. The primary role of this position is to provide outstanding Customer Service to all SVI customers regardless of the mode of communication.

SVI seeks a dependable, dedicated, hands-on, willing-to-learn, focused Customer Service Representative/Concierge. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience and truly enjoy interacting with people.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests entering the facility.
  • Provide phone coverage for the office and direct calls.
  • Daily Reports.
  • Mail – Distribution and Mailing.
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into our database.
  • Scheduling: installs, troubleshooting, site surveys, pickups.
  • Manage Work Orders – add notes to Plat.
  • Printing.
  • Staff Meetings – organize, send out reminders, agendas, and notes
  • Conduct office inventory and supplies.
  • Ordering (office supplies, Costco orders, Paper, etc.)
  • Light facilities/hospitality work as needed including but not limited to stocking kitchens/service areas with supplies. Help set up/ take down conference rooms for meetings/events. Offering refreshments to customers.
  • Perform general office errands (such as filling up coffee pods, bathroom napkins supply, water bottles, etc.)
  • Manage the physical space, including coordination of repairs and regularly scheduled maintenance.
  • Helping organize and maintain common office areas.
  • Sending out “Thank you” notes to customers.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Perform general office clerk duties and possible errands.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft
  • High level of integrity
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional attire
  • Excellent customer-oriented attitude
  • High energy, and drive for excellence.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience as a front office representative (preferred)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or associate degree
  • Professional Image
  • Ability to write clearly.

  • Team player
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision
  • Ability to work well in a fast-phase environment or under pressure
  • Have a valid driver’s license.
